Data deletion policy

Overview

This page describes how you can ask us to delete or stop using data connected to this website and our Meta developer app. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy & data page.

How to request deletion

Email Hailey@sourdoughies.com with “Data deletion request” in the subject. Include what you want removed (for example analytics tied to a time window, an email you sent us, or a specific image from our Facebook Page shown on the site) and any details that help us find it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

What we can usually do

Visitors (analytics / logs). Because public browsing is not tied to a named customer account, we usually cannot tie one row in analytics to “you” without more context. If you still want help (for example you contacted us from the same network and timeframe), email Hailey@sourdoughies.com with “Data deletion request” in the subject, describe the page and approximate date/time, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Messages you sent us. If you emailed us, ask to delete that thread and we will remove it where feasible.

Synced Facebook Page media. If something from our Page appears on this site and you believe it should come down, email with a link or description and we will review it.

• We may remove or stop displaying specific synced images on sourdoughies.com when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee removal from Facebook itself—that is controlled by Meta and the Page owner workflow.
• If you are asking about data tied to our Meta developer app (for example experiments during app configuration), you can also remove app data from your Facebook settings / Meta account tools when that option exists.

People can also manage apps and data in their own Facebook settings. This policy is for requests sent directly to SourDoughies.
